My lecturer in Business Management warned my class last week... We were discussing about Japanese-Type Management, American-Type Management and the Z-Type Management (if you are not interested with Management Studies, ignore this....) when he suddenly said;

"....it seems that the J and A Management style are not practicable anymore. It seems to me that the countries like Malaysia is getting on with a bigger pace than any other countries in the world...Who knows, may be in 20 years time, I will be teaching M-Management style to my class ...the Malaysian Management Style..."
